A loop that fits a break

Fifteen minutes is enough if you stop collecting random tips and run one cycle:

1. 2 min — pick one trap (single r, pure o, silent h).
2. 3 min — listen to the teacher on 3–4 phrases in Practice.
3. 6 min — record each phrase once; only re-record flagged sounds.
4. 4 min — ear check in Listening or one short turn in Dialogues.

What not to do

Do not grind twenty new phrases with no feedback. Do not chase a perfect trill while every vowel still glides. Fix the loudest English signal first.

Phrase blocks in the trainer keep the set small so switching themes does not reload the whole catalogue.
