1. Service

MiAcento ("Service") helps you practise Spanish pronunciation: recording speech, scoring sounds, and feedback. Slogan: MiAcento — tu español suena bien. The website works without an account; some app features may require a PRO subscription. You must be 13 or older.

2. Acceptable use

You use the Service only for personal pronunciation practice. Hacking attempts, bulk automated access, malware, and using someone else's credentials are forbidden.

3. Audio and microphone

Pronunciation scoring needs microphone access. Clips are processed ephemerally and are not stored. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

4. PRO subscription

Paid features are sold through the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) and renew automatically until you cancel in the store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancellation and refunds follow the store's rules.

5. Limitation of liability

Scores and feedback are educational and do not guarantee exam results or a native accent. The Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect losses from use. MiAcento is not affiliated with the College Board, AATSP, or the National Spanish Exam.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new version.
